All bookings can be modified without incurring any additional charges. Changes to bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled booking time.

A full refund will be provided for cancellations made up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking time will not be eligible for a refund.
